摘　　要：目的探讨骨化三醇联合甲钴胺在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetes peripheral neuropathy,DPN)中对患者血清学指标的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月于莆田市第一医院进行治疗的DPN患者共计100例,根据治疗方法的不同分为口服甲钴胺治疗的对照组和口服骨化三醇联合甲钴胺治疗的研究组,各50例。比较两组的临床疗效、症状评分、血清学指标和神经传导速度。结果在临床疗效方面,研究组的治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在DPN症状评分、血清学指标(超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白)以及感觉及运动神经传导速度等方面,治疗后研究组的各项水平情况相较于对照组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对DPN患者采用骨化三醇联合甲钴胺治疗能够使患者的临床症状、血清学指标和神经传导功能得到较为明显的改善并提升治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of calcitriol combined with mecobalamin on the improvement of serological indexes in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 100 DPN patients treated in Putian First Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group treated with oral mecobalamin and study group treated with oral calcitriol combined with mecobalamin,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical treatment effect,symptom scores,serological indexes and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)In terms of DPN symptom score,serological indexes(superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,hyper-sensitivity C-reactive protein)and sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity,the levels of the study group after treatment were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of calcitriol combined with mecobalamin in patients with DPN can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,serological indexes and nerve conduction function of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
