摘　　要：本文综述了利拉鲁肽在治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease,MASLD)中的作用机制及研究进展。探讨利拉鲁肽对MASLD的作用机制、临床疗效以及潜在的优势与挑战。利拉鲁肽是一种治疗T2DM和肥胖的药物,属于胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂。近年来,越来越多的研究关注利拉鲁肽在MASLD中的潜在疗效,研究表明,利拉鲁肽不仅可以有效降低血糖,还可改善肝脏脂肪变性及炎症反应,为T2DM合并MASLD的患者提供新的治疗选择。This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease(MASLD).To explore the mechanism,clinical efficacy,potential advantages and challenges of liraglutide on MASLD.Liraglutide,a glucagonlike peptide-1 receptor agonist,is a drug for the treatment of T2DM and obesity.In recent years,more and more studies have focused on the potential efficacy of liraglutide in MASLD.Studies have shown that liraglutide can not only effectively reduce blood glucose,but also improve liver steatosis and inflammatory response,providing new treatment options for patients with T2 DM and MASLD.
