健脾清利汤治疗脾虚热秘证功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾清利汤治疗脾虚热秘证功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取晋江市中医院门诊2022年7月至2023年12月治疗的80例功能性便秘患者,采用随机数字表法分入试验组、对照组。试验组服用健脾清利汤,对照组口服乳果糖。1周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、排便情况及不良反应。结果试验组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后大便干结、排便无力、腹胀或腹痛、口干口臭积分低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组治疗后排便困难程度、排便频率、粪便性状、排便不尽感评分低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论健脾清利汤治疗脾虚热秘证功能性便秘有较好的临床疗效,利于改善患者排便情况,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Qingli Decoction on functional constipation of spleen deficiency and heat mystery syndrome.Methods A total of 80 functional constipation patients from Jinjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into two groups from July 2022 to December 2023.The trial group received Jianpi Qingli Decoction,and the control group received lactulose.Treatment lasted for three 1-week courses.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,bowel movement conditions,and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results The overall effective rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the trial group had lower scores for dry stool,weak bowel movement,bloating or abdominal pain,and dry and bad breath compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The trial group also had lower scores for the degree of difficulty in defecation,frequency of defecation,stool consistency,and incomplete evacuation than the control group(all P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusions Jianpi Qingli Decoction has a good clinical effect on functional constipation of spleen deficiency heat secret syndrome,which is beneficial to improve the defecation of patients,and is safe and reliable.
