舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉联合面罩通气在小儿斜视矫正术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究将舒芬太尼复合异丙酚联合面罩通气应用于小儿斜视矫正术中的效果。方法选取赣州启明星眼科医院2022年7月至2024年7月收治的100例小儿斜视矫正术患儿,随机数字表法分组后,定为对照组、试验组,每组50例。对照组常规使用舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉,试验组在此基础上联合面罩通气给予支持。通过对两组不同时间段的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率、眼心反射与躁动发生率、术后恢复时间等进行对比,明确面罩通气的作用。结果T1阶段MAP和心率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2~T4时间段,试验组的MAP和心率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的眼心反射总发生率和躁动发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管(罩)时间、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉过程中选择面罩通气给予支持,可以更好地维持正常生命体征,降低眼心反射、躁动的发生率,且能够缩短术后恢复时间。Objective To explore the effect of using sufentanil combined with propofol and face mask ventilation in pediatric strabismus correction surgery.Methods A total of 100 children undergoing strabismus correction surgery at Ganzhou Morning Star Eye Hospital from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an trial group using a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine anesthesia with sufentanil combined with propofol,while the trial group received support with mask ventilation on this basis,with 50 cases in each group.By comparing the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate,eye heart reflex and agitation incidence,postoperative recovery time,etc.of two different time periods,the role of mask ventilation is clarified.Results At the T1 stage,there was no statistically significant difference in MAP and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).During the T2 to T4 periods,the MAP and heart rate in the trial group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of oculocardiac reflex and agitation in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The respiratory recovery time,eye-opening time,extubation(mask removal)time,and orientation recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Choosing face mask ventilation for support during anesthesia can better maintain normal vital signs,reduce the incidence of eye heart reflex and agitation,and shorten postoperative recovery time.
