摘  要:目的探讨基于临床数据的药物性肝损伤不良反应智能预警系统在临床中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1月—8月在聊城市第三人民医院各科室用药治疗的8例患者为研究对象,以是否进行不良反应监测将患者分成两组,每组4例。对照组未实施不良反应监测机制,按照普通药物治疗方式进行。观察组患者药物性肝损伤监测机制干预。对比两组患者药物不良反应发生率和患者的满意度。结果观察组的药物不良反应总发生率25.00%,较对照组的50.00%偏低,观察组患者满意度100.00%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论基于临床数据的药物性肝损伤不良反应智能预警系统在减少不良反应事件和提升患者满意度两方面均展现出明显的优势。Objective To explore the application effect of the intelligent early warning system for drug-induced adverse reactions based on clinical data in clinical practice.Methods A total of 8 patients treated with drugs in various departments of Liaocheng Third People’s Hospital from January 2024 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups,with 4 patients in each group,according to whether adverse reaction monitoring was performed.The control group did not implement the adverse reaction monitoring mechanism,and the treatment was carried out according to the usual drug treatment.Drug-induced liver injury monitoring mechanism intervention in the observation group.The incidence of adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(25.00%)was lower than that in the control group(50.00%),and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The intelligent early warning system for adverse reactions of drug-induced liver injury based on clinical data has shown obvious advantages in reducing adverse events and improving patient satisfaction.
