小儿下肢慢性伤口换药中新型伤口敷料的作用

摘　　要：目的探究新型伤口换药在小儿下肢慢性伤口换药中的作用。方法选取2024年2月—8月50例在厦门市儿童医院进行治疗的下肢慢性伤口(均为外伤性溃疡伤口)患儿,以随机数字表法为依据对其进行分组,各25例。对照组给予常规伤口敷料进行换药,观察组则给予新型伤口敷料换药,比较两组换药总有效率、肉芽组织新生时间、创面愈合时间、换药次数及疼痛程度(NRS评分)。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿换药总有效率更高(P<0.05)。换药后观察组NRS评分低于对照组NRS评分(P<0.05)。观察组肉芽组织新生时间及创面愈合时间较对照组均更短,且换药次数更少(P<0.05)。结论小儿下肢慢性伤口换药中使用新型伤口换药效果更佳,肉芽组织新生及创面愈合速度快,换药次数少,且可减轻疼痛程度。Objective To explore the role of a new type of wound dressing change in the dressing change of chronic lower limb wounds in children.Methods A total of 50 children with chronic lower limb wounds(all of whom were traumatic ulcer wounds)who received treatment at Xiamen Children’s Hospital from February to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into groups based on a random number table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional wound dressings for dressing changes,while the observation group was given new wound dressings for dressing changes.The total effective rate of dressing changes,granulation tissue regeneration time,wound healing time,dressing change frequency,and pain level(NRS score)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of dressing change in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After dressing change,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter time for granulation tissue regeneration and wound healing compared to the control group,and had fewer dressing changes(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of a new type of wound dressing for chronic lower limb wounds in children is more effective,with faster granulation tissue regeneration and wound healing,fewer dressing changes,and reduced pain levels.
