摘 要:目的探讨三明市第一医院多药耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR-AB)医院感染特征与同源性。方法收集三明市第一医院2020年1月至2021年12月检测到的MDR-AB。采用肠杆菌基因间重复一致序列聚合酶链反应技术对93株MDR-AB进行同源性分析。结果MDR-AB感染者以男性、老年患者多见,主要分布在ICU(44.1%)。根据同源性分析将感染菌株大致分为4类,其中A类菌株居多。结论患者免疫力低下和采用侵入性操作是感染MDR-AB的重要因素,ICU是医院MDR-AB感染的高危科室,要做好重点管理,以防止患者感染MDR-AB。Objective To explore the characteristics and homology of hospital infections caused by multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-AB)in the Sanming First Hospital.Methods Methicillin-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-AB)detected at Sanming First Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected.Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus polymerase chain reaction(ERIC-PCR)was used to perform homology analysis on 93 strains of MDR-AB.Results MDR-AB infections were more common in male and elderly patients,with the majority distributed in the ICU(44.1%).Based on homology analysis,the infected strains were broadly classified into four categories,with Category A strains being the most prevalent.Conclusions Compromised immunity in patients and the use of invasive procedures are significant contributors to MDR-AB infections.The ICU is a high-risk department for hospital-acquired MDR-AB infections,necessitating focused management to prevent patient infections with MDR-AB.
