2022—2023年福建省福州儿童医院门诊处方玉屏风颗粒的使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解福建省福州儿童医院2022—2023年门诊药房玉屏风颗粒的使用情况,规范其合理使用。方法通过福建省福州儿童医院合理用药管理系统调取2022年1月至2023年12月玉屏风颗粒的门诊处方10288张,使用Excel软件,对收集到的门诊玉屏风颗粒处方相关信息,按患者年龄、使用科室、年度使用量和各季度使用量等方面进行数据整理并绘成相应表格。结果在10288张玉屏风颗粒处方中,患儿年龄主要为3~12岁,处方4578张,占总数的80.60%。玉屏风颗粒使用科室排名前2的是:耳鼻咽喉科8631张处方,占83.89%;呼吸科1022张,占比9.93%。2023年玉屏风颗粒门诊处方数7205张,占总处方数的70.03%;2022年玉屏风颗粒门诊处方数3083张,占总处方数的29.97%。各季度使用量排名前2的是第3季度使用量4344张,占比42.22%,第4季度使用量2432张,占比23.64%。结论福建省福州儿童医院门诊玉屏风颗粒在患儿使用年龄及使用科室方面合理,多用于耳鼻喉科及呼吸科等科室,同时使用具有季节性的特点,但仍需继续加强中成药在儿童中的合理使用。Objective To understand the usage of Yupingfeng granules in the outpatient pharmacy of Fuzhou Children’s Hospital in Fujian Province from 2022 to 2023,and to standardize their rational use.Methods A total of 10288 outpatient prescriptions for Yupingfeng Granules were retrieved from the rational drug use management system of Fuzhou Children’s Hospital in Fujian Province between January 2022 and December 2023.Excel software was used to organize and plot the collected outpatient prescription information of Yupingfeng Granules according to patient age,department of use,annual usage,and quarterly usage.Results Among the 10288 prescriptions for Yupingfeng granules,the age of the patients was mainly 3-12 years old,with 4578 prescriptions,accounting for 80.60%of the total.The top two departments using Yupingfeng granules are:8631 prescriptions for otolaryngology,accounting for 83.89%;1022 Respiratory departments,accounting for 9.93%.In 2023,there were 7205 outpatient prescriptions for Yupingfeng Granules,accounting for 70.03%of the total number of prescriptions.In 2022,there were 3083 outpatient prescriptions for Yupingfeng Granules,accounting for 29.97%of the total number of prescriptions.What are the top two usage rankings for each quarter.The usage in the third quarter was 4344 sheets,accounting for 42.22%,and the usage in the fourth quarter was 2432 sheets,accounting for 23.64%.Conclusions Yupingfeng Granules in the outpatient department of Fuzhou Children’s Hospital in Fujian Province is reasonable in terms of the age and department of use of children,and it is mostly used in otorhinolaryngology and respiratory departments.At the same time,it has seasonal characteristics,but it still needs to continue to strengthen the rational use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in children.
