摘　　要：目的探究当归四逆加吴萸生姜汤联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的效果。方法选取2020年12月至2024年3月晋江市中医院医治的200例慢性荨麻疹患者,采用随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组行盐酸西替利嗪,试验组行归四逆加吴萸生姜汤联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、生活质量、不良反应及复发率。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后医证候积分、生活质量评分及复发率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在慢性荨麻疹患者治疗中,采用中西医联合治疗能够提升临床效果,有效缓解各类不适症状,切实提高其生活质量,同时降低疾病的复发率,且安全性可靠。Objective To explore the effect of Angelica Sini plus Wuyu Shengjiang Decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride on patients with chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic urticaria treated in Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride,and the trial group was treated with Guisini plus Wuyu Shengjiang Decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,quality of life,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of trial group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of medical syndrome,quality of life score and recurrence rate of trial group after treatment were lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of chronic urticaria patients,the use of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined treatment can improve the clinical effect,effectively relieve various discomfort symptoms,effectively improve their quality of life,and reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and is safe and reliable.
