摘　　要：目的探究协作性护理对小儿支气管哮喘肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2024年6月进入福建省龙岩市第二医院儿科护理的支气管哮喘患儿60例,参考随机数字法要求,患儿病例划分有研究组与对照组各自30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施协作性护理,对比两组护理前后肺功能、舒适度、生活质量,并统计两组家长满意度。结果护理后,研究组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、生活质量评分量表(QOL)较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协作性护理可有效促进小儿支气管哮喘患儿的肺功能改善,改善舒适度和生活质量,提升家长满意度。Objective Analyzing the impact of collaborative care application on pulmonary function and quality of life in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with bronchial asthma who received pediatric nursing in the Second Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.According to the requirements of the random number method,the cases of children were divided into a study group a control group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with collaborative nursing.The pulmonary,comfort and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared,and the satisfaction of parents in the two groups was counted.Results After nursing,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),and the ratio of FEV_(1) to FVC(FEV_(1)/FVC)were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)and the Quality of Life(QOL)scale were higher in study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of research group nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Collaborative nursing effectively promotes the improvement of pulmonary function in children with asthma,improves comfort and quality of life,and enhances parental satisfaction.
