以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式结合体验式饮食教育对糖尿病肾病患者自我护理能力和自我效能感的影响

摘　　要：目的以糖尿病肾病患者作为观察对象,以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式结合体验式饮食教育作为干预方法,就观察对象采用上述干预方法的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取2023年1月—12月仙游县总医院收治的126例糖尿病肾病患者,根据不同的收治时间分为两组,各63例,2023年1月—6月收治的患者为对照组,采用常规护理干预;2023年7月—12月收治的患者为观察组,实施以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式结合体验式饮食教育干预。就两组干预前后的自我护理能力及自我效能感进行对比分析。结果实施护理干预后,相较于对照组,观察组在糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)的评分上呈现出较高水平(P<0.05)。实施护理干预后,相较于对照组,观察组在一般自我效能感量表(GSES)的评分上呈现出较高水平(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病肾病患者而言,采用以自我管理为导向的5A护理模式结合体验式饮食教育不仅可以有效提高其自我护理能力,还可以增强其自我效能感。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of the above intervention methods in diabetic nephropathy patients with self-management-oriented 5A nursing model combined with experiential diet education as an intervention method.Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated at Xianyou County General Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected.All participants were divided into two groups according to different admission times,there were 63 cases in each group.Patients admitted from January to June of 2023 were named as the control group,and routine nursing intervention was adopted.The patients admitted from July to December of 2023 were named as the observation group,and the self-management oriented 5A nursing model combined with experiential dietary education intervention was implemented.The self-care ability and self-efficacy of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the score of self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)in the observation group showed a higher level(P<0.05).After the implementation of nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group showed a higher level of general self-efficacy scale(P<0.05).Conclusions For diabetic nephropathy patients,adopting the 5A nursing model with self-management orientation and experiential diet education can not only effectively improve their self-care ability,but also enhance their self-efficacy.
