摘　　要：目的探讨家庭参与的发展性照顾护理对低出生体重早产儿喂养耐受性及生长发育的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年5月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的62例低出生体重早产儿,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组低出生体重早产儿根据病情常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加基于家庭参与的发展性照顾护理,观察两组患儿喂养耐受性改善情况,并对比两组生长发育指标进展。结果观察组患儿胎便初排时间、胎便排完时间、达到全肠道喂养时间、静脉营养时间、恢复出生体质量日龄时间均低于对照组的(均P<0.05)。观察组干预3周后体重、身高数值高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组干预3周后的精细运动发育商、粗大运动发育商和总体运动发育商评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于家庭参与的发展性照顾护理可有效加快患儿体格生长速度,提升患儿运动发育水平,并可缩短患儿达到全肠道喂养时间,改善患儿喂养耐受性状态。Objective To explore the effect of developmental care with family participation on feeding tolerance and growth of low birth weight premature infants.Methods From January 2022 to May 2024,62 premature infants with low birth weight admitted to Women and Children Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The low birth weight premature infants in the control group were given routine care according to their condition,while the developmental care based on family participation was added in the observation group.The improvement of feeding tolerance of the two groups was observed,and the progress of growth and development indicators in the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the first defecation time,the final defecation time,the total enteral feeding time,the intravenous nutrition time,and the recovery time of birth weight was all shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After 3 weeks of intervention,the weight and height of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After 3 weeks of intervention,the scores of fine motor development quotient,gross motor development quotient and overall motor development quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Developmental nursing based on family participation can effectively accelerate the physical growth of children,improve their sports development level,shorten the time for children to reach total enteral feeding and improve their feeding tolerance.
