产业协同集聚对产业链韧性的影响:来自人工智能等新质生产力的多维因素

摘　　要：采用融入区位熵的相对指数模型和突变级数模型,对产业协同集聚指数和制造业产业链韧性进行测算,通过构建固定效应模型和空间杜宾模型,从产业关联和空间联动两个层面深入探讨制造业和生产性服务业协同集聚(简称“产业协同集聚”)对产业链韧性的影响。在此基础上进一步构建链式中介效应模型,探讨产业协同集聚对产业链韧性的影响机制。研究发现:无论是在产业关联层面,还是在空间联动层面,产业协同集聚均能够显著提升产业链韧性;人工智能和绿色技术创新均能够显著促进产业链韧性的提升,且在产业协同集聚影响产业链韧性的过程中具有明显的同步和链式中间效应。据此,提出应以产业协同集聚为核心,以人工智能、绿色技术创新等新质生产力为引擎,通过加快推进生产性服务业产业链、人工智能产业链和绿色创新链的构建,实现“四链”深度融合和精准对接,推动制造业产业链高端化、智能化和绿色化发展。By using the relative index model and the mutation series model integrated with location entropy,the industrial collaborative agglomeration index and the toughness of the manufacturing industry chain are measured.By constructing the fixed effect model and the spatial Durbin model,the influence of the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and producer services(“industrial collaborative agglomeration”)on the toughness of the manufacturing industry chain is deeply discussed from the two aspects of industry correlation and spatial linkage.On this basis,a chain intermediary effect model is further constructed to explore the influence mechanism of industrial collaborative agglomeration on the toughness of the industrial chain.The findings are as follows:whether at the level of industry correlation or spatial linkage,industrial collaborative agglomeration can significantly improve the toughness of the industrial chain;Both artificial intelligence and green technology innovation can significantly promote the improvement of industrial chain toughness,and have obvious synchronization and chain intermediate effects in the process of industrial collaborative agglomeration affecting industrial chain toughness.Based on this,it is proposed that industrial collaborative agglomeration should be the core,new quality productivity such as artificial intelligence and green technology innovation should be the engine,and the deep integration and precise docking of the“four chains”should be achieved by accelerating the construction of the producer service industry chain,artificial intelligence industry chain and green innovation chain,so as to promote the high-end,intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry chain.
