数字赋能文旅产业高质量发展问题探析

摘　　要：数字赋能文旅产业提质跃升是实现高质量发展的重点技术手段和载体。文章基于数字技术赋能文旅产业高质量发展的运作逻辑,研讨目前数字赋能文旅产业高质量发展的困境及路径。研究认为,数字技术赋能文旅产业结构升级转型、产业、技术创新,提升文旅产业质量和运行效率,进而赋能文旅产业高质量发展;然在文旅产业高质量发展中面临数字技术基础实施及应用能力弱、产业融合不足、文旅供需适配性不足、制度体制不健全等困境,以此提出以数字信息技术赋能文旅产业提质增效,驱动文旅产业创新,促进文旅产业提质跃升,营造文旅产业创新的制度环境等发展路径。The digital empowerment of the cultural and tourism industry is a key technological means and carrier for achieving its high-quality development.The article is based on the operational logic of digital technology empowering the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry,and discusses the current difficulties and paths of digital empowering the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry.Research suggests that digital technology empowers the upgrading and transformation of the cultural and tourism industry structure,industrial and technological innovation,improves the quality and operational efficiency of the cultural and tourism industry,and thereby empowers the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry;However,in the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry,there are challenges such as weak implementation and application capabilities of digital technology,insufficient industrial integration,inadequate adaptability of cultural and tourism supply and demand,and incomplete institutional system.Therefore,it is proposed to empower the cultural and tourism industry with digital information technology to improve quality and efficiency,drive innovation in the cultural and tourism industry,promote the upgrading and upgrading of the cultural and tourism industry,and create an institutional environment for innovation in the cultural and tourism industry.
