摘　　要：跌倒是老年人群常见的意外伤害,而运动认知风险综合征作为一种新型痴呆前综合征,可加剧老年人的跌倒风险。因此,本文通过对国内外老年运动认知风险综合征患者的跌倒现状、危险因素及非药物干预进行综述,旨在早期识别并评估老年运动认知风险综合征患者的跌倒风险,同时为患者进行针对性的干预策略提供参考依据。Falls are a common unintentional injury in the elderly population,and motor cognitive risk syndrome(MCR),a novel pre-dementia syndrome,exacerbates risk factors for falls in older adults.In the article,we reviewed the current status and risk factors of falls and nonpharmacological interventions in elderly patients with MCR syndrome at home and abroad,aiming to identify and assess the fall risk for them at an early stage,as well as to provide a reference basis for targeted intervention strategies.
