摘　　要：目的探讨经导管动脉栓塞术(TAE)治疗医源性动脉出血的疗效及安全性。方法收集2015年1月至2020年12月于福建医科大学附属三明第一医院接受TAE治疗的52例医源性动脉出血患者的临床资料,采用微弹簧圈联合明胶海绵颗粒行出血靶血管栓塞,栓塞终点为靶血管主干闭塞,观察术后随访止血成功率和并发症发生率。结果52例患者均成功实施TAE,技术成功率为100%,止血成功率为86.30%(48/52),75%(39/52)的患者术后出现栓塞术后综合征,包括发热、疼痛,经止痛、退热对症治疗3~5 d后症状消失,未发生栓塞材料异位栓塞、血管损伤等严重并发症。术后随访时间为3~24个月,中位随访时间为18.2个月。结论TAE治疗医源性动脉出血的止血成功率高,安全性好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE)in the treatment of iatrogenic arterial hemorrhage.Method The clinical data of 52 patients with iatrogenic hemorrhage who underwent TAE treatment at Affiliated Sanming First Hospital,Fujian Medical University from January 2015 to December 2020 were collected.Microcoils and gelatin sponge particles were used to embolize the target vessels.The embolization end point was target vessel occlusion.The success rate of hemostasis and incidence of complications in postoperative follow-up of all patients were observed.Result TAE was successfully performed in all 52 patients,the technical success rate was 100%,the success rate of hemostasis was 86.30%(48/52),75%(39/52)of the patients developed post-embolization syndrome,including fever and pain.Symptoms disappeared after 3-5 days of symptomatic treatment with analgesia and antipyretic,and no serious complications such as ectopic embolism of embolic materials and vascular injury occurred.The postoperative follow-up time was 3-24 months,with a median follow-up time of 18.2 months.Conclusion TAE in the treatment of iatrogenic arterial hemorrhage has a high success rate and good safety.
