高位结扎剥脱术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨高位结扎剥脱术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果。方法收集2023年5月至2024年3月池州市第二人民医院收治的74例下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料。按照治疗术式的不同将其分为剥脱组(n=37,采用高位结扎剥脱术联合点式剥脱术治疗)和联合组(n=37,采用高位结扎剥脱术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗)。比较两组患者的手术指标、术后恢复指标、并发症发生情况。结果联合组患者手术总切口长度、手术用时间均短于剥脱组患者,术中出血量低于剥脱组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。联合组患者术后卧床时间、下肢恢复活动时间、总住院时间均短于剥脱组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。联合组患者术后并发症总发生率为2.70%(1/37),低于剥脱组患者的21.74%(8/37),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张采用泡沫硬化剂注射与高位结扎剥脱术联合术式能够缩小手术创伤小,减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,手术安全性更高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of high ligation and stripping combined with foam hardener injection in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins.Method Clinical data of 74 patients with lower extremity varicose veins admitted to the Chizhou City Second People's Hospital from May 2023 to March 2024 were collected,they were divided into stripping group(n=37,treated with high ligation and stripping combined with point stripping)and combination group(n=37,treated with high ligation and stripping combined with foam hardener injection)according to different treatment methods.The surgical indexes,postoperative recovery indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The total incision length and operative time in combined group were shorter than those in stripping group,the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in stripping group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Postoperative bed time,lower extremity recovery time and total hospital stay in combination group were all shorter than those in stripping group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the combined group was 2.70%(1/37),lower than that in the stripping group of 21.74%(8/37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of injection of foam hardener injection with high ligation and stripping for lower extremity varicose veins can reduce the surgical trauma,reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operative time and improve the surgical safety.
