摘　　要：目的探讨经颈动脉经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)治疗主动脉瓣膜疾病的临床疗效。方法收集2021年1月至2023年1月于河北医科大学第二医院就诊的19例主动脉瓣膜疾病患者,均实施经颈动脉TAVR手术,记录所有患者的临床疗效及手术相关并发症发生情况。结果19例患者均成功实施了经颈动脉TAVR手术,术中心搏骤停1例,术后严重瓣周反流1例,术后心包积液增多1例,均无短暂性脑缺血发作、脑卒中、血管并发症等不良事件的发生,经治疗后所有患者不适症状均较治疗前明显缓解,心功能获得不同程度的提高。结论经颈动脉TAVR治疗主动脉瓣膜疾病的临床疗效显著,安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)in the treatment of aortic valve disease.Method A total of 19 patients with aortic valve disease who were treated in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were collected,all of whom underwent transcarotid TAVR surgery.The clinical efficacy and surgery-related complications of all patients were recorded.Result All of the 19 patients were successfully treated with transcarotid TAVR,including 1 case of intraoperative cardiac arrest,1 case of postoperative severe perivalvular reflux,and 1 case of postoperative increased pericardial effusion.There were no transient ischemic attack,stroke,vascular complications and other adverse events,and all the discomfort symptoms were significantly relieved after treatment compared with before treatment.Cardiac function was improved to varying degrees.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of transcarotid TAVR in the treatment of aortic valve disease are significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
