摘  要:针对5G基站能耗较4G明显提高的问题,本文提出一种结合遗传算法和粒子群优化的绿色节能减排算法(GEERA),先利用遗传算法进行全局范围搜索,再以粒子群优化进行局部优化,实现基站有源天线单元的动态休眠控制。同时,引入了实时网络负载驱动的参数自适应调整机制。在实际部署的150个基站群组测试中,GEERA在满足服务质量要求的同时,能耗降低率达到15.4%,较单一算法提升约4%,碳排放减少22%,为5G和未来6G的网络节能提供了实用参考。To address the signifi cantly higher energy consumption of 5G base stations compared to 4G,a hybrid GEERA combining GA and PSO was proposed.GEERA fi rst uses GA for global search to identify potential solutions,followed by PSO for local refinement,dynamically controlling the active antenna unit sleep strategy.Additionally,an adaptive parameter adjustment mechanism responding to real-time network loads was integrated.Field trials involving 150 base stations showed that GEERA reduced energy consumption by 15.4%,outperforming single-method algorithms by approximately 4%,and decreased carbon emissions by 22%.The results highlight GEERA’s practical value for energy-effi cient management in 5G and future 6G networks.
