摘  要:为明确陶瓷纤维改性沥青混合料的作用机理与效果的研究现状,通过国内外文献资料查阅与分析得出,陶瓷纤维改性沥青混合料的机理为吸附、加筋、增韧搭接及阻断等作用;陶瓷纤维具有稳定的三维网状体系,可有效消散沥青混合料结构中的应力集中问题,且能吸附沥青,使结构沥青增多,黏性增强,改善矿料间的界面作用力;陶瓷纤维可全面改善沥青混合料的各项性能指标,与部分纤维进行复合改性效果更佳;相较于其他纤维,陶瓷纤维具有更优越的热稳定性、绝热性、力学性能,对于提高沥青混合料的高温性能和物理力学性能尤为显著。高锰酸钾改性陶瓷纤维具有腐蚀性且不安全,仍需探索更加环保、经济且高效的方法对陶瓷纤维进行表面处理,从而提高陶瓷纤维在沥青混合料中应用的可行性与可靠度。In order to clarify the research status of the mechanism and effect of ceramic fiber modified asphalt mixture.Through the review and analysis of domestic and foreign literature,it is concluded that the mechanism of ceramic fiber modified asphalt mixture is adsorption,reinforcement,toughening lap and blocking.The ceramic fiber has a stable three-dimensional network system,which can effectively dissipate the stress concentration problem in the asphalt mixture structure,and can adsorb asphalt,so that the structural asphalt increases,the viscosity is enhanced,and the interface force between the mineral materials is improved.Ceramic fiber can comprehensively improve the performance indexes of asphalt mixture,and the composite modification effect with some fibers is better.Compared to other fibers,ceramic fibers have superior thermal stability,insulation,and mechanical properties,which are particularly significant for improving the high-temperature performance and physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures.Potassium permanganate modified ceramic fibers are corrosive and unsafe,and more environmentally friendly,economical and efficient methods for surface treatment of ceramic fibers still need to be explored,so as to improve the feasibility and reliability of ceramic fibers in asphalt mixtures.
