摘 要:综合考虑交管业务需求及数据需求,通过融合卡口、视频、收费站过车数据对实时在途车辆进行统计,构建路段交通承载力模型,在此基础上计算得到交通运行状态指标。基于交通流理论,通过在途车辆与交通密度、交通密度与路段行程速度之间的关系,将交通运行状态指标与路段行程速度关联起来,依据行程速度与自由流速度的关系定义拥堵判别系数,构建了交通运行状态判别模型。依据实例对比了所研究的基于在途车辆的交通运行状态法与平均行程速度法的分析结果,验证和总结了交通运行状态法的合理性和优势。Traffic management business needs and data needs are comprehensively considered,real-time on-route vehicle statistics are carried out by integrating bayonet,video and toll station passing data,and a road section traffic carrying capacity model is constructed,on which traffic operation status indicators are calculated.The traffic operating status indicators and road section traveling speed are associated through the relationship between vehicles in transit and traffic density,traffic density and road section travel speed on the basis of traffic flow theory,and the congestion discrimination coefficient is defined according to the relationship between travel speed and free flow speed,and the traffic operating state discrimination model is constructed.The analysis results of the traffic operating state method based on vehicles in transit are compared to average travel velocity method according to examples,and the rationality and advantages of traffic operating state method are verified and summarized.
