血府逐瘀汤联合循经取穴治疗心绞痛的疗效及对SAQ评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探究血府逐瘀汤联合循经取穴治疗心绞痛的疗效及对西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)的影响。方法前瞻性选取2021年2月至2024年2月唐山市中心医院收治的心绞痛患者126例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为血府逐瘀汤组、循经取穴组及联合组,每组各42例。其中血府逐瘀汤组服用血府逐瘀汤治疗,循经取穴组进行内关穴、通里穴针灸治疗,联合组使用血府逐瘀汤联合内关穴、通里穴针灸治疗,3组均连续治疗4周。比较3组治疗2、3、4周后总有效率,治疗前、治疗4周后的心功能(心肌缺血频率、心肌缺血时间、缺血总负荷值)、SAQ评分差异。结果联合组治疗2、3、4周后的总有效率分别为45.24%、71.43%、97.62%,均高于血府逐瘀汤组(35.71%、52.38%、78.57%)及循经取穴组(28.57%、45.24%、73.81%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,3组心电图参数均较治疗前不同程度地降低,且联合组的心肌缺血频率、心肌缺血时间及缺血总负荷值均低于血府逐瘀汤组和循经取穴组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,3组SAQ评分各维度值均较治疗前不同程度地升高,且联合组SAQ评分各维度值均高于血府逐瘀汤组和循经取穴组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合循经取穴治疗心绞痛患者的疗效优于血府逐瘀汤、循经取穴单一治疗,其可有效改善患者疼痛症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the treatment of angina pectoris and its effect on Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)score.Methods A total of 126 patients with angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in Tangshan Central Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were prospectively selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group,the acupoint selection group and the combined group,with 42 cases in each group.Among them,the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group was treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,the meridian acupoint group was treated with Neiguan point and Tongli point acupuncture,the combined group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and Neiguan point and Tongli point acupuncture,all three groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The total effective rate after 2,3 and 4 weeks of treatment,the cardiac function(myocardial ischemia frequency,myocardial ischemia time,total ischemic load value)and the SAQ score before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rates of the combined group after 2,3 and 4 weeks of treatment were 45.24%,71.43% and 97.62%,respectively,which were higher than those of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group(35.71%,52.38% and 78.57%)and the meridian acupoint selection group(28.57%,45.24% and 73.81%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the electrocardiogram parameters of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the myocardial ischemia frequency,myocardial ischemia time and total ischemic load value of the combined group were lower than those of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group and the acupoint selection group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the SAQ scores of the three groups were increased to different degrees compared with those before treatment,and the SAQ scores of the combined group were higher than those of t
