摘　　要：坚持党的文化领导权是习近平文化思想的重要内容。新时代坚持党的文化领导权是对马克思主义文化理论的继承发展,是党的宣传思想文化工作的经验总结,是应对新形势新挑战的必然选择。新时代坚持党的文化领导权需要以马克思主义科学理论为根本指导,坚持党性和人民性相统一的重要原则,牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权主动权,在坚定文化自信中不断巩固中华文化主体性,确保文化建设始终沿着正确的方向前进。在新的历史起点上坚持党的文化领导权,必须加强党对宣传思想文化工作的全面领导,构建和完善相关体制机制,提升党员干部工作本领,为担负起新的文化使命提供坚强政治保证。Upholding the Party′s cultural leadership constitutes a core component of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.In the New Era,this commitment is the inheritance and development of Marxist cultural theory,the summation of experiences from the Party′s propaganda,ideological,and cultural work,and an inevitable response to new circumstances and challenges.To maintain cultural leadership,it is essential to adhere to Marxist scientific theory as the fundamental guide,uphold the principle of integrating the Party′s nature with the people′s interests,firmly grasp the leadership and initiative in ideological work,consolidate the subjectivity of Chinese culture through strengthened cultural confidence,and ensure the construction of culture proceeds along the correct path.At this new historical juncture,upholding the Party′s cultural leadership requires enhancing the Party′s comprehensive guidance over propaganda,ideological,and cultural work,establishing and improving relevant institutional mechanisms,and enhancing the professional capabilities of Party members and cadres to provide a robust political guarantee for fulfilling the new cultural mission.
