摘  要:随着智能制造的迅猛发展,作为自动化生产线上的关键设备之一,瓶盖翻转机械手的可靠性和效率对生产线的整体性能有着直接的影响。通过关键部件优化、传感器和控制系统升级、故障预测和预防维护等方法,分析了瓶盖翻转机械手的现状和关键技术,并针对其在应用中的可靠性和效率问题,提出了机械手可靠性的改进方法。同时也提出效率优化方案,如动力系统优化、运动路径改进及自动化生产线整合等,以期为智能制造环境下的生产提供技术参考。With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,as one of the key equipment on the automated production line,the reliability and efficiency of bottle cap flipping robot directly affect the overall performance of the production line.Through methods such as optimizing key components,upgrading sensors and control systems,and implementing fault prediction and preventive maintenance,the current situation and key technologies of the bottle cap flipping robot were analyzed.In response to the reliability and efficiency issues in its application,improvement methods for the reliability of the robot were proposed.At the same time,efficiency optimization schemes were also put forward,such as optimizing the power system,improving the motion path,and integrating the automated production line,in order to provide technical references for production in the intelligent manufacturing environment.
