关于运营商构建全屋智能产品交付服务体系的探讨

摘　　要：近年来,在物联网、人工智能和5G技术的不断推动下,服务于家庭的智能产品蓬勃发展,智能家居领域将成为运营商业务新的增长点。运营商可以利用其强大的云网资源、数据处理能力和装维队伍优势,通过规范化全屋智能产品的安装、调试和售后服务,构建起一个集成化的全屋智能产品交付服务体系,实现创新推动智能家居产业的持续发展,提高家庭宽带网、精品Wi-Fi网的使用价值。In recent years,driven by the continuous progress of technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),artificial intelligence,and 5G,intelligent products serving households have witnessed vigorous development,and the smart home sector is set to become a new growth point for the business of operators.Operators can leverage their powerful cloud-network resources,data processing capabilities,and the advantages of installation and maintenance teams.By standardizing the installation,debugging,and after-sales service of whole-house smart products,they can establish an integrated service delivery system for whole-house smart services.In this way,they can enter the smart industry track,achieve business innovation,drive the sustainable development of the smart home industry,and expand the usage value of home broadband networks and high-quality Wi-Fi networks.
