侧链型聚酰亚胺碱溶性树脂的合成及其在AMOLED黑色像素定义层光刻胶的应用研究

摘　　要：使用黑色像素定义层材料、在AMOLED薄膜封装上覆盖彩色滤光片的去偏光片技术(COE)具有高透过率、轻薄化、低成本的工艺特点,是当前最先进的折叠屏AMOLED技术方案。合成了2种侧链型聚酰亚胺碱溶性树脂HEA-PSMA和GMA-PSMA,分别制作成黑色像素定义层光刻胶,并研究了其光刻图案化能力和热稳定性。结果表明,HEA-PSMA基、GMA-PSMA基黑色光刻胶均具备较好的光刻图案化能力,其中GMA-PSMA基黑色光刻胶能够获得分辨率为10μm的图案;TGA曲线表明,HEA-PSMA基、GMA-PSMA基黑色光刻胶均具有较好的热稳定性,在质量损失1%的分解温度分别达到了289.3℃和293.0℃。The depolarization technology(colorfilter on encapsulation,COE),using black pixel define layer material and AMOLED film packaging covered color filters has the characteristics of high transmittance,lightweight,and low cost,and is currently the most advanced folding screen AMOLED technology solution.In this paper,we synthesized two types of side-chain polyimide alkali-soluble resins HEA-PSMA and GMA-PSMA,and fabricated separately black pixel define layer photo resists.Moreover,we studied the photolithography patterning capability and thermal stability of the black photo resists.The results show that HEA-PSMA-based and GMA-PSMA-based black photo resists have good photolithography patterning capabilities,in which GMA-PSMA-based photo resists are able to obtain patterns with a resolution of 10μm.TGA curves show that HEA-PSMA-based and GMA-PSMA-based black photo resists have good thermal stabilities with decomposition temperatures of 289.3℃and 293.0℃,respectively,at a mass loss of 1%.
