摘 要:合成了一种新型抗高温降滤失剂HT-PAM,通过测试HT-PAM钻井液的性能全面评价其在复杂环境中的性能表现,并探究其在极端条件下的作用机理。结果表明,HT-PAM具有优异的流变性能、热稳定性、抗盐与抗钙性能、降滤失性能、抗温性能、协同效应;HT-PAM钻井液在100℃时的黏度为46.3 mPa·s,在150℃时的滤失量为15.6 mL,在1000 mg·L^(-1)的NaCl和CaCl_(2)溶液中的滤失量分别为26.8 mL和21.3 mL;HT-PAM在常规条件下具有良好的性能表现,但在极端条件下性能受到影响;HT-PAM与黏度增强剂具有较好的协同效应;HT-PAM适合短期(6个月内)存储,长期存储需要对稳定性进行优化。为适用于高温、高压、高盐等极端条件的水基钻井液开发提供了数据和理论支持。We synthesized a novel high temperature resistance filtration reducer HT-PAM,comprehensively evaluated its performance in complex environments through testing the performances of HT-PAM drilling fluid,and explored the action mechanism under extreme conditions.The results show that HT-PAM exhibits excellent rheological performance,thermal stability,salt and calcium resistance performances,filtration reduction performance,temperature resistance performance,and synergistic effect.The viscosity of HT-PAM drilling fluid at 100℃is 46.3 mPa·s,and the filtrate is 15.6 mL at 150℃.In solutions containing 1000 mg·L^(-1)of NaCl or CaCl_(2),the filtrate is 26.8 mL and 21.3 mL,respectively.HT-PAM demonstrates good performance under conventional conditions,while its performance is affected under extreme conditions.HT-PAM shows a strong synergistic effect with viscosity enhancers.HT-PAM is suitable for short-term(within 6 months)storage,and long-term storage requires optimization of stability.This study provides data and theoretical supports for the development of water-based drilling fluids suitable for extreme conditions such as high temperature,high pressure,and high salinity.
