摘 要:页岩气储层采用水平井开发时通常会引起摩阻的升高和扭矩的增大,进而影响钻井效率。为提高页岩气水平井的钻井效率,以高效润滑剂RNH-100为主要处理剂,研制了一种适合页岩气水平井的超低摩阻水基钻井液体系,并评价了其综合性能。结果表明,超低摩阻水基钻井液体系具有良好的流变性能和降滤失性能;润滑性能较好,极压润滑系数、泥饼黏附系数和摩擦系数均明显小于其他常规水基钻井液,润滑性能与现场油基钻井液体系相当;抑制性能较好,能够有效降低页岩岩屑的水化膨胀速率。现场应用结果表明,Y-11井三开水平段使用超低摩阻水基钻井液体系时,钻进过程顺利,各段钻井液性能均比较稳定,有效降低了起下钻摩阻,提高了机械钻速,取得了良好的施工效果。When shale gas reservoirs are developed with horizontal wells,friction and torque usually increase,which affects drilling efficiency.In order to improve the drilling efficiency of shale gas horizontal wells,we developed an ultra-low friction water-based drilling fluid system suitable for shale gas horizontal wells by using RNH-100 as the main treating agent,and evaluated its comprehensive performance.The results show that the ultra-low friction water-based drilling fluid system has good rheological performance and filtration reduction performance.The lubrication performance of the system is good.The extreme pressure lubrication coefficient,mud cake sticking coefficient,and friction coefficient are significantly lower than those of other conventional water-based drilling fluids,and the lubrication performance is equivalent to that of on-site oil-based drilling fluid system.In addition,the system also has good inhibitory performance,which can effectively reduce the hydration and expansion rate of shale cuttings.The on-site application results show that,the third horizontal section of Y-11 well achieves good construction results when using the ultra-low friction water-based drilling fluid system,the drilling process is smooth,the drilling fluid performance in each section is relatively stable,the tripping friction effectively reduces,and the mechanical drilling speed improves.
