摘　　要：目的:分析整体整合医学理念综合性护理对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)病人神经功能改善效果及治疗依从性的影响。方法:收集医院2022年1月—2023年9月96例AIS病人临床资料,依照护理方案分为两组。对照组(45例)接受常规护理,观察组(51例)接受整体整合医学理念综合性护理,比较两组治疗依从性、干预前后应对方式[简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)]、心境状态[简式简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)]、神经功能[中国脑卒中病人临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)]。结果:观察组治疗依从性较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后观察组积极应对评分较对照组高,消极应对评分较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后两组心境状态均有所改善,且观察组POMS-SF各维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组CSS评分均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:整体整合医学理念综合性护理应用于AIS病人,能提高治疗依从性,促进病人积极应对,减少消极应对,改善心境状态、神经功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing based on holistic integrative medicine concept on the improvement of neurological function and treatment compliance in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:Clinical data of 96 AIS patients from January 2022 to September 2023 were collected and divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing plans.The patients in control group(45 cases)received the conventional nursing intervention,and the patients in observation group(51 cases)received a comprehensive nursing intervention based on the holistic integrative medicine concept.Treatment compliance,coping style before and after intervention[Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)],mood state[Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF)]and neurological function[Chinese Stroke patients Clinical Neurological Impairment Scale(CSS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mood state of both groups was improved,and the scores of POMS-SF in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the CSS scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic integrated medical concept in AIS patients can improve treatment compliance,promote patients'positive coping,reduce negative coping,improve mood state and neurological function.
