摘　　要：目的:分析自我效能在脑卒中病人出院准备度(RHD)与出院后应对能力(PDCD)间的作用,为降低病人再入院率、实施延续护理提供依据。方法:以便利抽样法于2022年7月—2023年7月在苏州市某三级医院神经内科抽取454例脑卒中病人,采用一般资料调查表、出院后应对能力量表(Post-Discharge Coping Difficulty Scale,PDCDS)、出院准备度量表(Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale,RHDS)和慢性病自我效能量表(Chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scale,CDSS)对其进行调查。结果:20.5%的病人PDCD呈中等及以下水平。出院准备度、自我效能与出院后应对能力两两相关(P<0.01),且自我效能作为中介变量对出院后应对能力产生影响。结论:部分脑卒中病人PDCD不足,且自我效能水平越高,PDCD越好。自我效能在RHD与PDCD间起部分中介作用。医护人员应重视病人的自我效能,以改善其RHD和PDCD,进而降低卒中复发率、再入院率。Objective:To analyze the role of self-efficacy between readiness for hospital discharge(RHD)and post-discharge coping difficulty(PDCD)in stroke patients,and to provide a basis for reducing the readmission rate and implementing continuing care.Methods:A total of 454 stroke patients were selected from the Department of Neurology in a third grade hospital in Suzhou from July 2022 to July 2023 by the convenience sampling method.They were investigated using a general information questionnaire,Post-Discharge Coping Difficulty Scale(PDCDS),Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS),and Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSS).Results:A total of 20.5%of patients had a moderate or lower PDCD.There was a pairwise correlation between RHD,self-efficacy,and PDCD(P<0.01).The self-efficacy as a mediating variable had an impact on post-discharge coping ability.Conclusions:Some stroke patients have insufficient PDCD,and the higher the level of self-efficacy,the better the PDCD Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between RHD and PDCD.Medical staff should pay attention to patients'self-efficacy to improve their RHD and PDCD,so as to reduce stroke recurrence rate and readmission rate.
