摘 要:微型反应堆具有极好的可移动性和部署灵活性,在太空探索、深海研究、海洋航行、军事保障、勘探采矿等领域有广泛应用。本文重点介绍了微型反应堆中的核心部件之一——高温热管的结构、工作原理、制造工艺,并详细研究了高温热管启动可靠性影响因素。通过专家打分法初选出吸液芯的层数和目数、热管充钠量、热管倾角作为关键影响因素,再通过正交试验方法研究了这些因素对热管启动可靠性的影响。试验结果表明,增加吸液芯的层数和目数、适量充钠以及适度倾斜热管均能提高热管的启动可靠性。Microreactors have excellent mobility and deployment flexibility and are widely used in space exploration,deep-sea research,ocean navigation,military support,exploration and mining and other fields.This article focuses on the structure,working principle,and manufacturing process of the high-temperature heat pipe,one of the core components in the micro-reactor,and studies the factors affecting the startup reliability of the high-temperature heat pipe in details.The number of liquidabsorbent core layers,the amount of sodium filling in the heat pipe,and the inclination angle of the heat pipe were initially selected as key influencing factors through the expert scoring method,and then the impact of these factors on the startup reliability of the heat pipe was studied through the orthogonal test method.The test results show that increasing the number of layers of the liquidabsorbing wick,filling an appropriate amount of sodium,and appropriately tilting the heat pipe can improve the startup reliability of the heat pipe.
