摘 要:个人剂量监测和管理在核电厂中是极为重要的工作之一,是辐射防护管理和职业健康监护的重要组成部分。随着监测精度的提升及考核评比条件的进一步严格,保障监测质量的关键为剂量系统须具备高精度鉴别能力。为了保障个人剂量实验室的监测质量,以某型号热释光剂量计为例,通过改进增加了鉴别功能,优化了剂量计算方法,开展了实验验证。结果表明该优化改进方法提升了核电厂剂量监测的工作效率和测量准确性,在行业中具有一定的应用和推广前景。Personal dose monitoring and management is one of the most important tasks in power plants,and is an important component of radiation protection management and occupational health monitoring.With the improvement of monitoring accuracy and the further strictness of assessment and evaluation conditions,the key to ensuring the monitoring quality is that the dose system must have high-precision identification capability.In order to ensure the monitoring quality of the personal dose laboratory,this article takes a certain model of the thermoluminescence dosimeter as an example,improves and adds identification function,optimizes the dose calculation method,and conducts experimental verification.The results indicate that the optimization and improvement method has improved the efficiency and measurement accuracy of dose monitoring in nuclear power plants,and has certain application and promotion prospects in the industry.
