摘  要:结合核电仿真设计最新进展,探索研究了基于Modelica的核电厂自动建模仿真技术,开展了基于Modelica的核电厂多专业模型架构分析,建立了从底层的基础专业级组件到顶层的全厂模型的层次化架构,同时对核电厂仪控、工艺和电气专业模型间的耦合关系进行多层次模型间的接口设计。通过设计基于Modelica的核电厂自动建模数据映射关系,开发了核电厂自动建模软件并进行Modelica建模仿真,论证了基于Modelica的核电厂自动建模的可行性。研究表明,基于Modelica的核电厂自动建模技术,继承了Modelica模型的层次分明的优点,大大提升了建模自动化水平,可以准确还原各专业设计信息,自动建立跨专业耦合接口和自顶向下的层级接口关系,能够正确地进行跨图纸、跨系统或跨专业间的数据交换及仿真计算,仿真结果符合系统及设备的运行规律。Combined with the latest progress of the nuclear power simulation design,this paper explores and studies the automatic modeling and simulation technology of nuclear power plant based on Modelica,carries out the architecture analysis of multi-discipline model of nuclear power plant based on Modelica,establishes a hierarchical architecture from the basic professional-level components at the bottom to the whole plant model at the top,and designs the interface between multi-level models for the coupling relationship between nuclear power plant I&C,process and electrical professional models.The feasibility of Modelica-based automatic modeling of nuclear power plants was demonstrated by designing the data mapping relationship of Modelica-based automatic modeling and developing the automatic modeling software for Modelica modeling and simulation.The results show that the automatic modeling technology based on Modelica inherits the advantages of the hierarchical model of Modelica,and greatly improves the level of modeling automation,and can accurately restore the design information of each discipline,automatically establish a crossdisciplinary coupling interface and a top-down hierarchical interface relationship,and can correctly carry out data exchange and simulation calculations across drawings,systems or disciplines,and the simulation results are in line with the operation rules of the system and equipment.
