摘 要:为防止在辅助系统管路中存在的外来物在运行过程中进入反应堆一回路系统影响机组运行安全,需要对反应堆冷却剂系统连接的辅助系统管路进行水力冲洗。为评估实施的水力冲洗效果,开展了复杂管路系统水力冲洗外来物效果评估方法研究。对冲洗效果的影响因素进行了详细分析,对水力冲洗中外来物的受力情况进行了分析,由此确定了复杂管道中典型管道的选取原则,建立了水力冲洗中外来物的受力模型;确定了外来物的临界尺寸计算方法。并针对低压安注系统的冲洗工艺,对不同类型外来物的临界尺寸进行了分析计算。研究方法可对冲洗效果进行评估,也可为水力冲洗策略的制定提供技术支撑。To prevent foreign objects(FO)present in the auxiliary system pipelines from entering the primary loop system during operation and affecting the safe operation of the unit,it is necessary to perform hydraulic flushing on the auxiliary system pipelines connected to the reactor coolant system.In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented hydraulic flushing,study on the evaluation method of the effect of hydraulic flushing of foreign objects in complex pipeline systems has been carried out.A detailed analysis of the factors affecting the flushing effect was conducted,as well as an analysis of the forces acting on foreign objects during hydraulic flushing.This analysis established the principles for selecting typical pipeline from complex pipelines and developed a force model for foreign objects during flushing;it determined the calculation method for the critical size of foreign objects.The flushing process of the low head safety injection system(LHSI)was taken as a case study,and the critical sizes for different types of foreign objects were analyzed and calculated.The study method proposed in this paper can be used to evaluate the flushing effect and can also provide technical support for the development of hydraulic flushing strategies.
