摘  要:以建设核电领域的乏池冷却试验装置为契机,为探究非能动冷却系统的特性,设计并应用了非能动冷却系统以及其中的高效热交换器。蒸汽发生器选用紧凑度高、传热系数大、流动阻力小的板式传热元件,冷凝器选用质量轻、集成度高、耐腐蚀性好的扁管蛇形翅片传热元件。试验装置成功启动并能够稳定运行,通过试验研究证明非能动冷却系统以及其中的高效热交换器可满足乏池冷却的试验要求,为后续深入研究和推广应用提供了试验基础。In the construction of a spent fuel pool test unit for a nuclear power plant,in order to explore the characteristics of the passive cooling system,the passive cooling system and the highefficiency heat exchangers in it were designed and applied.The plate type heat transfer element with high compactness,large heat transfer coefficient and small flow resistance was selected for the steam generator,and the flat tube with serpentine fin heat transfer element with light weight,high integration and good corrosion resistance was selected for the condenser.The test unit can be started up successfully and run steadily.Through experimental study,it was proved that the passive cooling system and the high-efficiency heat exchanger in it can meet the test requirements,and a test basis for further study and application was provided.
