摘　　要：随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等新技术的兴起,事业单位档案工作面临新的机遇与挑战。文章以新技术发展为背景,分析新技术对事业单位档案工作的具体影响,剖析事业单位档案工作数字化转型存在的问题,从强化观念转变与认知提升、加大技术投入与基础设施建设、建立健全标准规范与管理制度、加强人才培养与团队建设、推动服务创新与合作交流五方面提出发展的路径。The emergence of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities and challenges to the archives work of public institutions.Against the backdrop of new technological advancements,this paper analyzes the specific impacts of these technologies on the archives work of public institutions and examines the issues faced during the digital transformation process.It proposes a development path through five key measures:fostering mindset transformation and awareness enhancement,increasing technology investment and strengthening infrastructure,developing and refining standards and management systems,enhancing personnel training and team building,and promoting service innovation and collaborative exchanges.
