摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,政府代理代建项目档案管理面临着新的机遇与挑战。传统的档案管理模式已难以满足现代化项目管理的需求,信息化赋能成为提升档案管理效率和质量的关键。文章探讨信息化技术在政府代理代建项目档案管理中的应用,分析当前档案管理存在的问题,提出构建信息化管理平台、加强数据资源整合与开发利用、完善信息化安全保障体系等创新路径,以实现档案管理的数字化、智能化和高效化,为政府代理代建项目的顺利实施和决策提供有力支持。With the rapid development of information technology,archives management in government agent construction projects is facing new opportunities and challenges.Traditional archives management methods are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of modern project management,and information-driven innovation has become crucial for improving the efficiency and quality of archives management.This paper explores the application of information technology in archives management for government agent construction projects,analyzes the current issues in archives management,and proposes innovative approaches such as building an information management platform,enhancing the integration,development,and utilization of data resources,and improving the information security system.These measures aim to achieve the digitization,intelligence,and efficiency of archives management,providing robust support for the smooth implementation and decision-making of government agent construction projects.
