摘 要:文章提出国土空间规划中的实景三维模型构建与应用方法。通过全站仪扫描控制点的科学布设,确保测绘数据的准确性和可靠性。结合全站仪扫描进行国土空间地理信息的全面测绘,获取地形地貌、建筑物、道路等关键要素等多种类型的数据。通过缺失的数据插值、纹理映射等步骤生成高精度的实景三维模型。通过实例应用证明,实景三维模型在国土空间规划、城市建设、资源管理等领域具有广泛的应用前景,能为决策者提供更加直观、准确的空间信息支持,有效提升国土空间规划的科学性和实效性。This paper proposes a method for constructing and applying real-scene 3D models in territorial spatial planning.The accuracy and reliability of survey data are ensured through the scientific placement of total station scanning control points.By combining total station scanning,comprehensive mapping of territorial spatial geographic information is conducted to acquire various types of data,including terrain,landforms,buildings,roads,and other key elements.High-precision real-scene 3D models are generated through steps such as data interpolation for missing values and texture mapping.A case study demonstrates that these 3D models have broad application prospects in fields such as territorial spatial planning,urban construction,and resource management.They provide decision-makers with more intuitive and accurate spatial information support,effectively enhancing the scientific rigor and practical effectiveness of territorial spatial planning.
