摘  要:为分析非轴对称进气方式对燃气轮机性能的影响。在未安装非轴对称进气装置之前,对燃气轮机进行全面的基准测试,启动并预热燃气轮机30分钟,改变装置角度以及非轴对称进气畸变网的组合方式,利用高精度仪器,测定燃气轮机关键参数的动态变化,达到稳定运行状态后,记录性能数据,并与基准测试数据进行对比分析,以量化非轴对称进气对燃气轮机性能的具体影响。实验结果:燃气轮机的燃烧效率与输出功率随着进气角度的增加呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,随着畸变网组合方式的复杂性增加,燃气轮机的稳定性指数逐渐降低。结论:在非轴对称进气装置角度为60°时,燃气轮机燃烧效率与输出功率最佳,在畸变网组合方式为1×30°上时,燃气轮机稳定性最高。To analyze the influence of non-axisymmetric intake modes on gas turbine performance,a comprehensive benchmark test was conducted before installing the non-axisymmetric intake device.The gas turbine was started and preheated for 30 minutes.The device angle and the combination of the non-axisymmetric intake distortion network were varied,and the dynamic changes of key parameters were measured using high-precision instruments.After reaching a stable operating state,performance data were recorded and compared with the benchmark data to quantify the specific impact of non-axisymmetric intake on gas turbine performance.The experimental results show that the combustion efficiency and output power of the gas turbine initially increase and then decrease with increasing intake angle.As the complexity of the distortion network combination increases,the stability index of the gas turbine gradually decreases.Conclusion:The gas turbine achieves optimal combustion efficiency and output power when the angle of the non-axisymmetric intake device is set to 60°,and it exhibits the highest stability when the distortion network combination is set to 1×30°.
