摘 要:[目的]了解受黄野螟不同级别危害时对白木香叶片叶绿素含量的影响。[方法]以海南海口云龙研究基地白木香林为研究对象,通过1年的调查,掌握黄野螟的危害特点,并于虫害盛发期对顶部叶片叶绿素SPAD值进行了测定。[结果]黄野螟危害具有发生面广、虫口密度大的特点,危害高峰期为3—4月和10—12月;健康叶片与不同虫害级别的白木香的叶绿素含量间均存在显著差异,随着受害级别的升高,叶绿素含量下降。[结论]该研究为白木香黄野螟的综合防治奠定了基础。[Objective]The aim was to understand the effects of different damage levels of Heortia vitessoides on the relative chlorophyll content of Aquilaria sinensis leaves.[Method]A.sinensis forest in Yunlong research base in Haikou of Hainan province was taken as the research object.Through one-year investigation,the damage characteristics of H.vitessoides were mastered,and the chlorophyll SPAD value of the top leaves was measured during the peak period of pest occurrence.[Result]The damage of H.vitessoides had the characteristics of wide occurrence and high population density,and the peak of damage was from March to April and from October to December.There were significant differences in chlorophyll content between healthy leaves and different pest levels of A.sinensis.With the increase of damage level,chlorophyll content decreased.[Conclusion]This study laid a foundation for the comprehensive control of A.sinensis.
