摘　　要：通过对“十四五”以来葫芦岛市现代种业取得的主要成效进行全面阐述,深刻剖析葫芦岛市现代种业发展过程中存在的主要问题,并从建立完善种质资源保护利用体系、推动种业科技协同创新、扶持种业企业发展壮大、建设区域特色种业基地、健全完善种业市场监管体系等方面提出促进葫芦岛市现代种业发展的政策建议。By comprehensively elaborating on the main achievements of modern seed industry in Huludao city since the 14th Five Year Plan,this paper deeply analyzd the main problems in the current development process of modern seed industry in Huludao city,and policy recommendations were proposed to promote the development of modern seed industry in Huludao city,including establishing and improving the system of germplasm resource protection and utilization,promoting collaborative innovation in seed industry technology,supporting the development of seed industry enterprises,accelerating the construction of regional featured seed industry bases,and improving the supervision system of seed industry market.
