甘肃白龙江森林资源保护存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：甘肃白龙江流域森林资源在水源涵养、生物多样性维持及气候调节等方面具有重要价值,因此,对其保护现状及存在问题进行探究具有重要意义。通过分析,揭示了白龙江森林资源保护存在3个主要问题:一是森林资源管护设施落后;二是管护机制不健全与管理体系效率低下;三是林区经济发展与生态保护间的矛盾加剧,绿色经济发展滞后,未能实现森林资源的可持续利用与保护。为此,提出了相应的解决策略,包括优化管护设施资源配置、建立健全管护长效机制和推动绿色发展与生态补偿机制的构建。该文旨在促进白龙江流域森林资源的高效保护与可持续利用。Forest resources in the Bailong River basin of Gansu province are of great value in water conservation,biodiversity maintenance and climate regulation.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the current situation and existing problems of its protection.Through the analysis,it was revealed that there were three main problems in the protection of forest resources in Bailong River:firstly,outdated forest resource management and protection facilities;secondly,the management and protection mechanism was not perfect and the management system was inefficient;thirdly,the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection in forest areas had intensified,and the development of green economy had lagged behind,failing to achieve sustainable utilization and protection of forest resources.Therefore,the corresponding solutions were put forward,including optimizing the allocation of resources for management and protection facilities,establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of management and protection,and promoting the construction of green development and ecological compensation mechanism.This paper aimed to promote the efficient protection and sustainable utilization of forest resources in Bailong River basin.
