摘  要:为预防烟草物流行业因分拣工艺导致的事故,构建了基于熵权-三角模糊物元可拓评价方法的烟草物流分拣工艺风险评价模型。从人员、机器、环境、管理4个方面选取17个二级指标构建烟草物流分拣工艺评价体系,以重庆市烟草物流公司分拣工艺为实例进行分析和验证,将评价指标风险等级划分为低风险、一般风险、较大风险和重大风险,组成一个由5名经验丰富的专家组成的团队,使用三角模糊数法对评价指标进行现场打分来确定最终分数,采用熵权法并结合三角模糊数值来综合确定评价指标权重,并根据物元可拓评价方法计算得出烟草物流分拣工艺各评价指标的风险等级。结果表明:该工艺整体风险等级为“一般风险”,其中机器和管理因素中安全防护措施和安全巡检情况的风险程度较高,该模型评价结果符合实际情况,验证了评价指标体系与评价模型的可靠性。研究结果可为烟草物流行业寻找有针对性的风险控制方法提供一定的依据。To prevent accidents in the tobacco logistics industry caused by sorting processes,a risk assessment model for tobacco logistics sorting processes was developed based on the entropy weight-triangular fuzzy matter-element extension evaluation method.A total of 17 secondary indicators were selected from four aspects,i.e.human,machine,environment,and management,to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for tobacco logistics sorting processes.The sorting process of Chongqing Tobacco Logistics Company was used as a case study for analysis and validation.The risk levels of the evaluation indicators were classified into low risk,general risk,considerable risk,and major risk.A panel of five experienced experts was assembled to conduct on-site scoring of the evaluation indicators using the triangular fuzzy number method to determine the final scores.The entropy weight method,combined with triangular fuzzy numerical values,was used to comprehensively determine the weights of evaluation indicators.The matter-element extension evaluation method was then applied to calculate the risk levels of various indicators in the tobacco logistics sorting process.The results indicate that the overall risk level of the sorting process is classified as“general risk”.Among the machine and management factors,safety protection measures and safety inspection conditions exhibit relatively high-risk levels.The evaluation results of this model align well with actual conditions,verifying the reliability of the assessment index system and evaluation model.The findings of this study provide a scientific basis for identifying targeted risk control measures within the tobacco logistics industry,thereby enhancing operational safety and accident prevention.
