摘 要:线缆起火过程中通常带有一定的电压并与周围环境形成相应的电场,从而影响火焰蔓延行为。固相传热在导线火蔓延过程中发挥着重要作用,然而对于通电导线,传统接触式测温方式不再适用。开展了不同电压下近地极通电导线火蔓延特性实验研究,基于非接触红外测温技术,研究了通电导线火蔓延过程中火焰形态、气固相温度分布及固相传热的变化规律,进而揭示电场对火蔓延行为特性的影响规律。结果表明:在电场的作用下,火焰尺寸随着电压的增大出现减小,并逐渐从导线上方拉至导线下方,火蔓延速率降低,在10 kV电压条件下出现熄灭;火蔓延速率主要受火焰宽度和线芯温度的影响,随着电压的增大火焰宽度减小,火蔓延速率不断降低,同时线芯在高电压下由热源转变为热汇,从而抑制火焰蔓延,并促进火焰熄灭。The process of cable fire typically involves a specific voltage and creates an electric field that affects how the flame spread in the surrounding environment.Solid-phase heat transfer is a crucial factor in the flame spreading process.However,for electrified wires,traditional contact temperature measurement is no longer suitable.This paper presents an experimental study on the characteristics of flame spreading in near-earth pole electrified wires under different voltages.The study is based on non-contact infrared temperature measurement and investigates the flame morphology,gas-solid-phase temperature distribution,and solid-phase heat transfer rules during the flame spreading process of electrified wires.The study reveals the influence of the electric field on the behavior of flame spreading characteristics.The results indicate that under the influence of an electric field,the flame size decreases as the voltage increases.The flame gradually moves from the top of the wire to the bottom,and the flame spreads at a slower rate.At a voltage of 10 kV,the flame appears to be extin‐guished.The flame spread rate is mainly affected by the flame width and core temperature.With the increase of voltage,the flame width decreases,and the flame spread rate decreases continuously.At the same time,the core changes from a heat source to a heat sink at high voltage to suppress the flame spread and promote the extinction.
