摘 要:低浓度煤层气(LCCBM)的高效开发利用对于缓解我国能源紧缺和实现国家“双碳”目标具有重要意义。LCCBM水合物法提纯技术由于原料简单环保、储气率高和反应溶液循环利用等优点而受到广泛关注,但该技术的工业化应用仍面临水合物生成条件较苛刻、CH4分离效率较低等挑战。因此,研究者对LCCBM水合物及其技术进行了大量研究工作。首先概述了LCCBM水合物法提纯原理;然后分别综述了热力学促进剂、动力学促进剂、促进剂复配体系及其他促进措施等对LCCBM水合物法提纯技术的改善作用,指出了当前研究存在的问题;最后提出了促进剂复配体系下多方法结合(水合耦合)、多级分离是LCCBM水合物法提纯技术迈向工业化的基础。The development and utilization of low concentration coalbed methane(LCCBM)resources is of great significance for alleviating China’s energy shortage and achieving the national target of emission peak and carbon neutrality.Purification of LCCBM by the hydrate method has attracted wide attention due to its advantages of the use of inexpensive and environmentally friendly materials,large gas storage capacity and recycling of the aqueous solution.However,the industrial application of this technology still needs to solve the key problems such as high hydrate formation pressure and low CH4 separation efficiency.To solve them,a lot of research work on LCCBM hydrate has been carried out.In this paper,the mechanism of the hydrate-based LCCBM purification method is reviewed firstly.Moreover,the research progress of the hydrate-based LCCBM purification technology is expounded from four aspects:thermodynamic promoters,kinetic promoters,compound promoter system and other promotion measures,and the existing problems about above research are pointed out.Finally,the possible research directions for the industrialization of hydrate-based LCCBM purification are proposed:the combination of high-quality compound promoters,the multistage separation method,and the coupling technology of hydrate method and other LCCBM purification methods.
