摘 要:堆石混凝土抗冲耐磨一体化浇筑能够有效提高工程施工效率,但也带来了局部温度较高的问题.为分析堆石混凝土抗冲耐磨一体化浇筑施工期仓内温度变化与分布规律,对东庄水利枢纽堆石混凝土二道坝的坝体温度进行了全程跟踪监测与研究,累计在18个典型施工仓面内布设了128个温度测点.研究结果表明:抗冲耐磨层代表性测点的峰值温度比坝体堆石混凝土高了约17℃,其差距主要来源于二者水化热温升间的差距;拌合时对常态混凝土采取加冰降温措施能够显著降低其入仓温度与峰值温度,进而降低坝体混凝土的开裂风险;抗冲耐磨层温度沿上下游方向和高程方向变化较为显著,在形成稳定温度场前会在表层形成较大的温度梯度,应在环境温度骤降等不利情况出现时,及时采取必要温控措施.Rock-filled concrete(RFC)dam with an integrated placement of the erosion-resistant and wear-resistant layer offers enhanced construction efficiency,but presents challenges related to localized high temperatures.This study investigates the temperature variations and distribution within RFC dams during construction,focusing on the integrated placement method.A comprehensive temperature monitoring program was implemented at the Dongzhuang RFC dam,involving 128 temperature sensors strategically placed across 18 representative construction lifts.The study reveals that:peak temperatures of the conventional vibrated concrete(CVC)in erosion-resistant and wear-resistant layer are approximately 17°C higher than those observed in the RFC,primarily attributed to differences in heat generation during hydration;implementing ice-cooling measures during CVC mixing can effectively reduce its initial placement temperature and peak temperature,and mitigate the risk of cracking within the dam;within the CVC layer,notable temperature fluctuations are observed along both the upstream-downstream axis and the elevation,leading to pronounced temperature gradients,especially proximate to the surface,prior to the establishment of a stable thermal field.Consequently,appropriate temperature control measures should be promptly implemented under adverse conditions such as rapid ambient temperature drops.
