摘 要:理化复合法是进行淤泥处理及资源化利用的有效方法之一.为研究理化复合法改性淤泥的蠕变特性,本文对不同初始含水率、不同固化剂掺量的理化复合法改性淤泥试样开展了分级加载条件下的固结蠕变试验,并与传统固化法改性淤泥试样的长期变形特性进行对比.结果表明,随着荷载水平的降低、固化剂掺量的增大以及初始含水率的降低,改性淤泥试样的蠕变变形量减小;随着固化剂掺量的提升以及初始含水率的降低,理化复合法改性淤泥试样的孔隙比变化量减小、微观结构趋于完整.此外,传统固化法改性试样的固结蠕变变形量至少为理化复合法改性试样的3.11倍;理化复合法处理淤泥试样的蠕变变形量及速率均较小,而结构屈服应力较大,具有显著的优势.The physicochemical combination method is an effective approach for slurry treatment and resource utilization.To study the creep characteristics of slurries modified by this method,this paper conducted one-dimensional consolidation creep tests on modified slurry samples with varying initial water contents and different amounts of stabilizer.The long-term deformation characteristics of these samples were compared with those of slurries modified using the conventional cement solidification method.The results indicate that the creep deformation of the modified slurry samples decreases with decreasing load level,increasing curing agent content,and decreasing initial water content.With the increase of curing agent content and the decrease of initial water content,the change of void ratio of the slurries modified by physicochemical combination method decreased and the microstructure tended to be even.In addition,the creep deformation of the specimens modified by the traditional curing method is at least 3.11 times higher than that of the physicochamical method.Compared to the traditional curing method,the samples treated with the physicochemical combination method exhibit lower creep deformation and deformation rates,higher structural yield stress,and a more intact microstructure,highlighting the significant advantages of this method.
