摘 要:为了有效应对源荷不确定性导致的有源配电网电压越限问题,实现有源配电网安全稳定运行,本文提出了基于光伏有功无功协调的有源配电网电压鲁棒优化策略.首先利用鲁棒区间优化确定光伏和负荷的不确定性集,计及潮流、配电网安全、无功补偿装置等约束,建立有功缩减最小化为目标的有功无功协调的配电网电压日前鲁棒优化模型.然后通过对离散设备线性化、二阶锥松弛技术,将非凸非线性模型转换为混合整数二阶锥规划模型,而后调用gurobi 11.0求解器求解.最后利用改进的IEEE33节点验证该优化策略在电压调节方面的有效性和优越性.In order to effectively deal with the problem of voltage overrun in active distribution network caused by the uncertainty of source and load,and to achieve the safe and stable operation in distribution system,a robust optimization strategy of active distribution network voltage based on the PV active-reactive coordination is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the robust interval optimisation is adopted to determine the uncertainty set of PV and the load,and then the constraints of the power flow,the safety of the distribution network,and the reactive power compensation device are taken into account to establish a day-ahead robust optimisation model of the voltage with the objective of minimising the active curtailment.The non-convex nonlinear model is converted into a mixed-integer second-order conic programming model by linearising the discrete devices and second-order cone relaxation technique.Meanwhile,it is solved by calling the gurobi 11.0 solver.Finally the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed optimisation strategy for voltage regulation is verified on the improved IEEE33 nodes.
