摘  要:利用SEM、EDS、万能力学拉伸机及硬度计等设备,系统研究了6013铝合金在铸造与均质过程中的固溶及析出现象。研究表明:铸棒在铸造及均质过程中存在明显的固溶行为,且时效过程存在明显的析出强化现象。不同的均质冷却条件对于铸棒时效后的性能有较大的影响,加强冷却是获得挤压原始铸锭的优选条件。The solid solution and precipitation phenomena of aluminum alloy 6013 during casting and homogenization processes were systematically studied using equipment such as SEM,EDS,universal tensile testing machine,and hardness tester.Research has shown that there is a significant solid solution behavior in the casting and homogenization process of the casting rod,and there is a significant precipitation strengthening phenomenon during the aging process.Different homogeneous cooling conditions have a significant impact on the performance of cast rods after aging,and strengthening cooling is the optimal condition for obtaining extruded original ingots.
