摘　　要：湛江钢铁秉持算账经营、追求极致降本的经营理念,将精细化管理与成本控制相结合,通过对副产煤气的高效回收与利用,在确保煤气零放散情况下,将煤气柜的缓冲能力、错峰生产运行安排、优化设备定修模型与电厂机组峰平谷负荷调整后对应煤气的消纳能力相结合,助力湛江钢铁电力系统实现“峰时多发,谷时少发”,降低用电成本。Zhanjiang Iron and Steel adheres to the business philosophy of accounting and pursuing ultimate cost reduction,combining refined management with cost control.Through efficient recovery and utilization of by-product gas,while ensuring zero gas emissions,the company combines the buffering capacity of gas tanks,staggers production and operation arrangements,optimizes equipment maintenance models,and the corresponding gas consumption capacity after adjusting the peak and valley loads of power plant units,helps the company's power system achieve"more power generation during peak hours and less power generation during valley hours"and reduce electricity costs.
